Who we are

What we collect

• If you comment or message us on Instagram or TikTok: your username, display name and the messages you send.
• If you join The Report Card: your email address.
• We do not ask for or store health information. Please don't send any.

Why

To send you what you asked for (the studies behind a grade), to send The Report Card if you signed up, and to reply to messages.

Website analytics

If you tap Allow on the banner, these pages load HighLevel's tracking script, which counts visits and records which pages are read. If you've joined The Report Card, HighLevel can link those visits to your subscription. If you tap No thanks, the script isn't loaded. You can change your choice any time with "Analytics choice" at the bottom of every page.

Who processes it

HighLevel (our CRM and email provider), Meta (Instagram) and TikTok, each under their own privacy policies. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
